Hey guys! I’m Grace. This is my website. I’ve had one in some form or another since 1997, which makes me a nerd AND old(ish) [not really I'm only 26 (except I'm 27 now)].
The thing is, I’ve never kept a website going for more than a year or so. I’d get sick of it, delete everything, start anew a few months later. This is good and bad. Good because all those embarrassing lol teenage posts are gone. Bad because I can’t brag about using Blogger when they still had recently updated blogs on the front page and I was one of them. Or using geocities. Or scribble.nu. Or blogging before they were called blogs. They were called journals FYI. So, I’ve been around the block on these internets, even if it doesn’t seem so. This time?! I’m sticking around. For 6 months at least.
So, anyway, I’m a pretty rad 26 27 year old girl living in Chicago. Currently a full time student, I’ve changed my major 5 6 times in three four years and finally landed (back) on Elementary Education history.
I like things that smell good, taking pictures, watching movies, wandering around the city, the zoo in the middle of winter, Gram staining and cartoon teeth.
I am not fond of interrupted sleep, loud noises, feeling emotions, slipping on ice, hot weather, people who mispronounce ‘milk’, ‘coupon’ or ‘envelope’.
There are lots of places on the internet I do update regularly though. We can be friends!
